I have heavy mucus/snot every morning. Am I having sinus ?

Hello. I am 22 year old girl. I have heavy nasal mucus/snot almost every morning. It s rather annoying because afterwards i had a headache . First i think that is because i sleep with air-cond everyday. But it s not. I still have this heavy sneezing-snotty in the morning although i m heavy sweating. My bedroom also clean, free from dust. Am i having sinus? Thanks :)

thanks for choosing health care magic. It seems that you are having allergic rhinitis. So at a particular time in a day you are having this problem. At times it is difficult to find the cause of this. Please get your self examined by an ent surgeon for any local issue with nose.Sometimes some pollen or something can lead to his sort of allergy.Even the pillow, bed sheet etc. could be source of this.Clean them with vacuum cleaner or way your like it.
