Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You are suffering from major lifestyle related health problems. The gastritis is due to excessive smoking and also if you drink alcohol. The high lipids in your blood is due to less activity, consuming high fat diet and also due to possible alcohol intake which can also cause fatty liver. You have not mentioned your height and weight. Are you overweight or obese as that can also cause high lipids and high BP. Kindly take the medicines as your Doctor has advised. Do brisk walking exercise for 40 minutes everyday. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables as they reduce cholesterol. Eat oily fish or other food rich in omega 3 fatty acids to reduce triglycerides. STOP SMOKING AND DRINKING ALCOHOL at all costs otherwise you can easily develop heart attack or brain stroke and paralysis soon. You need to get examined by a Physician to take care of your problems. Also take Chest X-ray and do ECG to find out what's the problem in the lungs and if any heart problem by reviewing with your Doctor.

Hello, welcome to HCM. You are having multiple health issues simultaneously. Gastritis can occur due to smoking so it is advisable to you to quit smoking. fatty liver is a self resolving condition if in initial stages. You should avoid oily food, fast food, high cholestrol diet and exercise regularly. You should avoid drinking as well if you do. You must visit a endocrinologist for regular review as presence of multiple issues make it prudent for regular check up.
Wish you good health.

Psychiatrist Dr. A. Vishal's  Response
hi

your are suffering with multiple problems, ur taking pantaprazole for gastritis, atrovastating for lipid lowering agent, telasartan for hypertension.

Risk factors for u

1) smoking

2) cholesterol

3)alochol

4) hypertension

you need to mention ur life style becasue sedentary life aggravate ur risk factors

you should consult psychiatrist for smoking deaddiction and alcohol deaddiction.

smoking causes dryness of ur respiratory tract aggravate cough and respiratory tract infections.

Alcohol causes deposit of fat in liver cause fatty liver and it may convert to cirrohiss of liver in future.

so my advice to you should consult psychiatrist for deaddiction and physician for hypercholersterol and hypertension.

change ur life style, go for a walk and do physical excercise, take plenty of fluids, avoid fatty diet, take fresh leafy vegetables and fruits, avoid non veg items.
