Hi! Mrs jain,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum,
The hair loss which you are having is called post partum telogen effluvium..which means diffuse hair loss after delivery. This usually starts after 3 months of delivery and persists for long time & then on its own improves with good diet.In certain cases it persists for long and needs treatment .If you have stopped feeding your child then you can apply minoxidil solution locally on scalp.Along with this you can take biotin tab also.Take good green leafy vegetables, high protein diet ,sprouts, daal, milk, ghee, fresh fruits, dry fruits etc. These are good for hair.
take care,
