I Have Calf Pain When I Walk. Could This Be Caused By Lactic Acid?

For three days it feels as though I have been doing major workouts on both my calf however I have not been doing any leg workouts. When I m lying down or seated no pain but when I m walking around there is pain similar to a very major workout. Could this be caused by lactic acid?
