Hi.. Compression fracture if stable needs back strengthening exercises, spine support. Avoiding physical strain and lifting heavy objects. Rehabilitation and physiotherapy will help.. Along with medication for pain relief.. You need surgical intervention if there is a neurological symptoms developing or if it is an unstable fracture...
