I am 41 yr old man suffering from diabetes, sugar level is 160 /260 pls advice me remedies except insulin ?

Diabetes is the result of endocrine disorder.Type 2 diabetes happens when the body can not use the insulin properly. Type 1 diabetes happens when the pancreas is no longer producing insulin. It can be caused by many factors like genetics, accident, illness, medications, or lifestyle, or any combination of those.There are 2 types of diabetes. The Type One, or Juvenile diabetes which is found in almost similar numbers throughout the world. Type Two diabetes, also called as adult onset diabetes, is the most commonly associated with obesity. Monitor your sugar levels and follow correct diet, exercises and medications recommended.

Your diagnosis of diabetes, is Type 2. But you have not specified the treatment you are receiving.

Insulin is given only at stages, when no treatment sufficies.
