Hi,

I have gone through your query and would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the skin rash and continue with the antihistaminic.
It will take 5-7 days to resolve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
