How To Treat Rash On Cheek In A 3 Years Old Child?

my 3 year old gets a rash on her left cheek. it happens overnight and is really red in the morning then disappears by the end of the day. Has been happening for a while and now is starting to scar her face. Have tried hydrocortisone cream but doesn't really stop it from reoccuring.

Hi.... by what you Quote I feel that it could be eczema of the skin or it could be an allergic reaction to particular clothing or bed linen which is being used for the baby at night. It could also be a form of contact dermatitis. But as you quote that it has started to scar the area I feel that it could be an eczema which is there for a long time. I suggest a paediatric Dermatologist for this meanwhile you can use oilatum lotion rather than using steroid cream like hydrocortisone.
