General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

I suggest you to rule out other causes of irregular bleeding such as hypothyroidism.Nutritional deficiency such as anemia should also be ruled out.Kindly check your TSH,Free T3,T4 levels.

I also suggest you to take folic acid supplements regularly every day. Maintain the weight and avoid crash dieting or vigorous exercise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
