How To Treat Cold, Cough And Fever In A 2 Year Old Child?

sir my son is 2 year old and he is suffering from cold, cough and fever, I have consulted a doctor and he has prescribed the advent syrup, levolin syrup and crophen but after 5 days he is not getting any benefit and his body temp. is also increasing upto 102, what I should do

If he is not responding to advent then he needs to be re evaluated to look for any other cause of fever (like viral,typhoid,UTI,malaria,dengue) or to look for previous infection spread (like sinusitis ,tonsillitis, pneumonia).This can be done by doing blood and radiological investigation and change of antibiotic
