How To Reduce Weight In Case Of An Ovarian Cyst?
Dear mam, I got cyst in my right ovary which puts me weight of 10 kgs suddenly.I am taking medication for the reduction of ovarian cysts but i have to reduce weight now.i am a house wife.Please need your suggestion to reduce 14kgs of weight. Ravikalapremkumar

Polycystic ovaries are because you have gained weight and not vice versa. You need to exercise regularly till you sweat, 30 min sunlight daily, eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits.
