Hello, High HBA1c indicates the average value of past three months. It is definitely high but make sure that your current sugar values are normal.Avoid taking fruit juices as they tend to raise the sugar levels very fast.It is better to eat whole fruit instead of fruit juice. Make sure to observe proper dietary control and do regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day. Keep a regular check of your blod sugar levels. Thanks
