How To Control HBA1C Levels?

My glucose level is within the normal before and after food. Last 8 months back is HBA1C is 6.0% now 6.2%. I am so far non-diabetic. No one diabetic in my family. Any future chances to develope as diabetic to me. How can I reduce the HBA1C level 6.2% to below 6.0%

Bad lifestyles,obesity and sedentary life can make you get diabetes in future.
Change in your lifestyle can help everybody in pursuing good health and avoiding future chances of diabetes.
These include....
Doing regular aetobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day
Shedding your weight and being in your normal range of BMI.
Observing dietary control by avoiding sweets,deep fried foods,junk foods,colas etc.
Drinking alchol in moderation.
Quitiing smoking and avoiding tobacco products.
