Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should follow some precautions like :-
1.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
2.Avoid lack of sleep.
3.Avoid excess of tea and coffee.
4.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
5.Avoid milk products and chocolates.
6.Avoid excessive physical and emotional stress.
7.Yoga and meditation will be helpful.
8.Take precautions during climate change.

You can take paracetamol 500mg along with Domperidone 10mg for relief from mild pain.

If your symptoms persists, consult your doctor for addition of medicine for Migraine like Flunarizine 10 mg at night for better control.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
