Suffering From Hypothyroidism

Im a 42yrs female with hypothyroidism.since 1year i have insomnia so i took many sleeping tablets but they r not working now. After that i consult a neurophychiatrist and she gave me nexito 20 ,epitril10mg &diaava for migraine .at first they work but after few days again i feel sleeplessness &restless. I m fed up i don t know what to do. Please give some advice .

hai,according to me you actually you have hypothyroidism first my opinion is to go for check up is that under normal range are not. because hypothyroidism patients mostly suffers with depression also that s why you need consultation change your life style and go for exercise and sleep hygiene like stop tea and coffee nights avoid t.v and go for relaxation techniques still if you not reliving go for medication'
and doctor consultation.
