I started masturbating when I was 11 yrs. I was not even matured then. later I continued it as a hobby for 15 years. Now I am 26. from last 8 years I used to loos sperms during my sleep due to sexy dream. The quantity of sperm I get now is very low, Now, I am no more interested in masturbating. Does this effect my sperm count. what to do to increase my sperm count & quality.
