How To Increase My Hemoglobin Level ?
Hi i am 25years fem from Mumbai,i have been suffering from haemoglobin problem and because of which i lost my job,i had passed my interview but just failed because of medical problems as it was only 9.3,which i know is low...but there is another interview which is coming on 8 and 12 of sept and i don t want to miss this..since i am entering the aviation field my medical round is very strict please please help me....need your help very badly....just got my blood test done and it is 10.5....please give me some tips so that increases fast by 8 or 12 sept.....i want to pass my rounds....but just my medical round is spoiling my career...please please some quick solutions.......

Usually females are keeping Hb on lower side because of periodical loss and same must
be in your case. Get done your serum iron, vitamin B12 level, and Folic acid level. If
you are deficient in this as well adding of this to your iron pills will help you to recover
fast this are also important for maintaining Hb level. And if periodic loss is heavy take
care of that as well.Other wise fastest method is Blood transfusion which is not
at all advisable at this level of Hb. Thanks
