How To Identify A Problem From A Semen Analysis Report?

Hi I have received my semen analysis report it shows follwoing.

Volume 4.2,Viscosity-Low,Concentration 170 million/ml

Motility 80% Progession 3 to3+ , Total Motile Count 571.2 million, Round forms 1 million/ml and Morphology 4% . Please let me know if I have any problem

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
The report sent by you appears erroneous.
You're advised to repeat it, at a reputed lab,after abstinence of 2-3 days.
According to the report,the sperm count and motility are normal.
The morphology is very low. Shape and size of normal sperms is very low.
The next test should be done ideally after 2-3 weeks.
You should do a scrotal doppler ultrasound scan and check hormones like, FSH,LH testosterone and PRL. You can contact me, with a direct question.
