How To Get Rid Of Itchy Discoloration Between Breasts After Sweat/shower?

Hi, inbetwen my breasts i have red discloartion very itchy especially after sweating and after a shower, during the day white and flaky. I previously had this and my doctor prescribed me "bethamethasone val cream 1/5 0.02%" and it went out and helped alot and now it has returned and i have been using this cream but it doesnt seem to be getting rid of it

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears that you have an allergic reaction to some thing which might be coming in touch with that area like locket,chain,bra and hooks, purse etc.It may also be the fungal infection.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Avoid such things which you have in contact on the chest.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms levocitrizine,montelekast,grisofulvin,and steroid ointment.
