Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe it appears that you have an allergic reaction to some thing which might be coming in touch with that area like locket, chain, bra and hooks, purse etc.It may also be the fungal infection. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Avoid such things which you have in contact on the chest. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms levocitrizine, montelekast, grisofulvin, and steroid ointment. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
