How To Get Rid Of Gastric Problem?

I have lately had some gastric issues.
I've had issues with Diarrhea for about a year now, along with excessive flatulence. However, the past 1.5 weeks have seemed to show some kind of illness. I've had an excessively growling stomach/intestines, along with intestinal/groin-related discomfort. I've also noticed that with my stool there is a yellow tint that seems to be coming from discharge in my butt. Most stool is around Bristol 4-5, however I've had 6 and 7 show up, and earlier in the week 3's as well.
These symptoms have been consistent. However, over the course of the 1.5 weeks, my stool has changed color from normal to darker then to a lighter color, and now it is returning to normal (although I still have that discharge). I also had some heartburn issues, however those seem to be subsiding. The past few days, I've noticed pain in the liver area and even some gurgling. The pain is brought on by stress and can sometimes radiate around to the back. It feels tender as well (but I can't feel swelling to my knowledge). I went to the doctor's a few days ago and he palpated the area and there were no inflamed organs. Getting a blood and stool sample done tomorrow as well, to rule out any possible causes. Thinks I may have IBS.
I've just been reading so much about the different types of cancers and I have been concerned, since many of these stomach or liver cancer symptoms are synchronous with mine. I am only a 16 year old male and I do not drink or smoke or use substances, so my risk already for cancer is extremely low. But I have been worried, nevertheless.
