How To Cure The Cut In The Back Of My Ear?

I have a cut on the back of my ear, right behind my earlobe. Air cannot get to it because the cut is between my ear (back) and lower skull. This is not infected, because I have been treating it now for a month. It wont scab up because it doesnt get air to it? Using Neosporin on it, but to no avail..Help

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this cut that you have reported. Ear wounds are very difficult to get healed because it is most cartilaginous tissue that requires expertise wound management even for very minute cuts. I will suggest that you get this evaluated and managed in a health facility for best results. a month is more than enough time to encourage you to keep trying all by yourself.

II hope this helps. I wish you well.
