post hysterectomy there will be hormonal changes and even due to some medication weight gain is posdible eatingvright with proper meal timing is important split your meals from three meals to 5-6 meals gave fluids in plenty go for daily walk for 45mins with meditation of 20 mins it will benefit you a lot.
