Hi,

First of all, the high level of uric acid may be the result of poor kidney function. Poor kidney function can lead to hypertension. Thus, you should do kidney function tests to ensure that your kidneys work properly. Second, alcohol can affect the liver functions. Hence, you should stop taking alcohol.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
