How Should I Apply Keto Cream And Does It Have Any Side Effects?

My doctor just had 300Gm KETO/CYCLO/CAC/LIDO cream sent to me. For arthritis in my hands. There is no information with the bottles of cream and I would like to know how to use it and any side effects it may have. I am 74 years old, and my hands are showing signs of rheumatoid arthritis.
