Hello and thanks for the query,
I am Dr Nilajkumar a consultant gynecologist and I will be helping you in your queries.
Since all the tests are normal, sometimes factors like cervical factor, inability of sperms to negotiate the
cervix and ascend up may cause subfertility. IUI counteracts this as the washed good quality sperms are instilled directly into the
uterus. You may try this for one or two cycles. Also check if an endometrial sample collected from
hysteroscopy was tested for infection, especially
tuberculosis as this also causes problems with fertility.
Please try to keep sexual contact on alternate days between day 10-20 of the menstrual cycle as these are the most fertile days with maximum possibility of getting pregnant.
Hope that this satisfied your query.
Thanks for using HCM.
Have a good day.
