Emgra or estrogen tablts also stimulate growth of the endometrium. If the lining grows proportionately, and is atleast 8 - 10 mm by the day of ovulation, you have good chances of conception. In response to Clomid more than 50 % of women ovulate , and 20 % manage to conceive in the first cycle itself. If the endometrium fails to grow, please have evaluation for tuberculosis or other infections. Meanwhile hope your partner s semen analysis is normal.
