How Do I Spread Prednisone Pills Out Over The Day?

I am supposed to take 10 MG prednisone over the next 8 days. Here is my schedule Wed & Thurs 40 MG ( 4 pills) Thus, Fri, SAt 20 MG Sun, Mon and Tues 10 MG. I do not want to take all at once after breakfast. How can I spread these pills out over the day ?

Hi,
This schedule is very proper for gradually tapering the dose of prednisolone if your doctor has recommended.
Take these tablets after full stomach to prevent gastric irritation.
