How Do I Know I've Started My Periods?

I think i have started my periods, but i had it for a week, i mean like blood coming out Down-there but i haven t had it since and i m not pregnant it s just, it hasn t happend since, it s been about 5 months now and i can t speek to ANYONE about it!? So don t suggest that :( Please help

If you are sure u r not pregnant then please make sure u r not having a thyroid dysfunction. One of the most common reasons for not having periods is hyperthyroidism, also get a ultra sound pelvis done to rule out local pathology
