Hello,

It is a part of fever and will settle once fever subsides. As of now antipyretic like paracetamol can be given, generally it is viral in origin and will settle by two or three days. If lesion persists better to consult a pediatrician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
