How Can Testicle And Leg Pain Be Treated?

I have pain in my right testical & my right leg with pain just above my knee, my doctor diacnosed me with infection in the tube that leads to the prostate and did put me on antibioticts( I'm allergic for pennisiline). I went back for a second time and was put on a two week treatment (first one was for a week), I still have the same severe pain, please assist

Noted your history of pain in your right testicle & right leg with pain just above knee. The doctor diagnosed with infection in the tube that leads to the prostate and did put you on antibiotics( allergic for penicillin). You went back for a second time and was put on a two week treatment (first one was for a week), you still have the same severe pain.
Wants assistance:
First of all send a sample of urine for culture and sensitivity, tests of blood.
Urgent ultrasonography of the abdomen and the scrotum with color doppler mode too.
This will give you the proper diagnosis and a chance to get a proper treatment and cure.
