How can stomach pain with constant vomiting, motion sickness be treated?

ive had persistent stoamch problems for nearly a year, it started from 27th decemeber, where i did go on a drinking binge the night before. Since then ive been constantly in pain with my stomach. To start with i was throwing up 5/6 times a day retching constantly. Ive had a barium meal, ultrasound and endoscopy plus blood tests but still nothing shows. Most recently happened sat, i coached football in the morning, played in the afternoon, got home then fell asleep, woke up an hour later feelin ill a feeling which can only be described as motion sickness. Its getting extremely depressing now as it restricts my social lifestyle. I quit smokin for 6 months, have hardly drank this year as i need a full day to recover, have tried avoiding wheat etc...........any ideas?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The issue here is not consistent with motion sickness which is provoked in lieu of travelling triggering the episode.

* The stomach pain, vomiting can be related to chronic infection, non-healing ulcer through H.Pylori or so forth.

It is highly recommended to consult in follow up with all reports as a scanned copy to proceed further.

* Primary relief with antiemetic, PPI and antacid syrup.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
