How Can I Lower My SGOT Level?

Hello Dr. Samuel, i m a diabetic patient since 7 years. i ve got high SGOT result. could you please guide me how to lower it and what are the ill-effects of same. below are my results. HBA1c-- 9.60 fasting sugar -- 272.2 SGOT -- 206.4 creatin -- 1.09 cholestrol -- 107.4 HDL cholestrol -- 36.40 LDL cholestrol -- 50.54 VLDL cholestrol -- 20.46 ALbumin (URINE) -- Present(+) Sugar (URINE) -- Present(++) kindly advice, thanks

Hi you have very high fasting sugar level moreover your hba1c is very high suggest that you have very poor control of diabetes. so consult physician and take antidiabetic drug accordingly. And your high sgpt is suggestive of some liver dysfunction. You should go for complete liver function test to search cause of high sgpt. So go for that and then take treatment accordingly
