How Can I Get Rid Of Anxiety Disorder Without Taking Medication?

last week I was trying to take the plane, when I sat inside of plan,suddenly I felt my heart beat fast ,my body temperature went up ,felt couldn't breath and had funny feeling of my stomach.I forced to got off the plan.After that went to see the doctor. currently I suffered the anxiety disorder,I want to overcome this feeling,how can i get over this symptom without taking medical pill?

I understand that you have been suffering from anxiety problems recently. Now, anxiety disorders can be treated effectively without the use of medication.

There are psychological therapies, for example Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) which have been proven to be quite effective. Also relaxation techniques like deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, yoga, etc. can also be quite helpful. I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist in your place to discuss adout starting these psychological therapies.
