How a heavy period can be cured in a teen ?

Hi I am 42 and i have a daughter who is 11years old she is having her heavy period now as in 1 pad only lasts for 1-2 hours , What should she do now to slow down the flow of her Menstruation ?

This is called puberty menorrhagia and is normal for her age. She can take T.Pause to reduce the menstruation. Encourage diet rich in fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables to prevent iron deficiency anaemia.
