Hoarseness In Voice, Speak Slowly. Happened At Beginning Of Puberty. Ways To Tone The Voice ?

Hi, I am 21, Male and started to notice has hoarse my voice is. When I try and speak clearly and more slower, it is not that bad but again goes back to being hoarse when I normally talk. I believe this may have happened when I started puberty . Are there any ways in helping me get a more clear and sharp voice? Or has my time gone?
