Hi,

Welcome to HCM. You should not take your symptoms carelessly. Internal injury in the head can be a cause of your restlessness.

You should visit an emergency room, get clinically diagnosed. You may have to get blood tests, radiography, CT, EEG, etc done.

Get treated without delay. Your symptoms may be due to internal injury, neuropathy, mini-stroke, sleep apnea, acute stress reactions, tension headache etc. You need immediate attention. Co-operate with the treating doctor.

You will be fine soon, take care.
