OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
In the current scenario, it is a little early to be sure of another pregnancy. You should see a gynecologist at once and get serum beta-hCG levels assessed to exclude/confirm pregnancy. Also, it is essential to establish if you did have an abortion in August and if it was complete. You should monitor your hCG levels as well as get a trans-vaginal sonogram for an opinion. If it happens to be another pregnancy, you should get proper surveillance from the initial stage; avoid all strenuous activity including sexual intercourse, take absolute bed rest and relax well. See a specialist in high risk pregnancies to get proper care. Hope your query is answered. Good luck.

OBGYN Dr. Kulsoom Qureshi's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for consulting us.
If you are trying for a pregnancy, you should start taking folic acid supplements. Visit a Gynecologist to have a general health check up & to optimize your health for a healthy pregnancy. The doctor may adjust your medicines if you have any medical disease.
After that you may be given some medicine for hormonal support if this is indicated in your case.
All this will minimize your chances of a miscarriage.
Best of luck.
