Could I Be Pregnant With White Discharge,bloating And Back Pain?

Suffered miscarriage 2 wks ago but wasn't aware of active miscarriage bc there was no bleeding at the time. Me and my spouse was having unprotected sex up until may26 2011 when we learned about miscarriage. I was told hcg normal. My question is could i be pregnant having thick white discharge back pain bloated and heart but.my hcg level was normal when i found out about miscarriage.
