Headache On The Front Of Head, No Mucus, Dizziness, Blurred Vision, Fatigue, Nausea. Part Of Sinus Inflammation?

Hi there. Lately I ve been having headache in the front of my head. I assume it s because of my sinuses but I have no mucus or a cold. If I take Ibuprophen it works for maybe a couple of hours, but the headaches return. I also have dizziness , blurred vision , fatigue , nausea, and forgetfulness. Even when I don t have nausea I still gag sometimes. Should I be concerned of could this just be part of sinus inflammation?

Hello
Thanks for your question
You are having headache and there is no cold in recent history so there are very less chances that the pain is of sinus origin.
Your headache is associated with nausea, dizziness, blurred vision, fatigue, nausea, forgetfulness.
As per available information the headache is most likely migraine in nature. Migraine is a type of headache that is a pulsatile type of headache mainly in frontal or temple area and is usually severe. It is commonly associated with nausea, vomiting, weakness, blurred vision and some times dizziness is also present.
It usually responds to common OTC analgesics like you are taking (brufen)
Treatment options are analgesic drugs (like brufen, paracetamol) and many spray formulations which are available in common chemist shops.
So there is no need to worry about sinus infection, wait for some days and if headache persists then visit a doctor for migraine.
thanks
hope I cleared your doubt
take care
