Welcome to HCM.It wouldhelp ruling out a urinary infection, the vaginal problem seems to be a fungal infection for which you and your partner both need to be treated together to prevent passing the infection to and fro.Antifungal creams and vaginal suppositories like Clomitrazole and oral antifungals will help clear the problem.Investigating to pinpoint the exact cause of the abdominal pain is required.
