Having Constant Pain In Left Pelvic, Left Ovary Pain. No Issues In Laprascopy. What Is Wrong?

hi ive been having contant left pelvic pain take goes down my leg more the left one feels like ovary pain , anyways its been 3 years now that i have this pain and ive been to the gyno for it he gave me hystorectomy toke out my uterus and follipian tubes and cervix due to a fibroids i only have my ovaries left and the pain is still there . went back to talk to the gyno and he says that theres nothing wrong whit my ovaries he passed a laprascopie and again found nothing im really concerned and really worried can u please help me!! v.pelletier

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As this pain , you mentioned that this is from last 3 years and hysterectomy done with removal of fallopian tube and cervix.
As nothing is abnormal in ovary (remaining part).
This type of pain may be due to ,
1 Amoebic colitis as this is most common cause , neither pain is too severe nor so mild , only bothersome , can be confirmed by physical examination by a physician and nothing will find in intestine.
2 2nd reason may be due to worm infestation so get in stool examination.
3 Urinary tract system stone ( calculus ) as this is also most common reason in this type of condition. This can be confirmed by an ultrasound of abdomen with emphasis over left kidney .
4 Last reason may be any disease in pelvic bone ( also femur head ) so please get in bone density test and consult an orthopedic doctor.
