Hello! The fact that you never had sex rules out STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) like Chlamydia and
Gonorrhoea. Do you have a burning/ scalding sensation while passing urine? The discharge could be due to UTI (
Urinary Tract Infection) which warrants treatment with a suitable antibiotic.
Lab tests required - urine RE & ME (routine & microscopic examination like specific gravity, sugar, albumin, casts, pus cells, etc), urine for culture (which takes 24 hours) and ABST (antibiotic sensitivity test); blood urea and serum creatinine; blood for
Haemoglobin, TLC (total leukocyte count - increased in infections) and DLC (differential leukocyte count - polymorphs increased in acute infections).
Since you have a sense of incomplete voidance even after passing urine there could be an infection of
urinary bladder or prostate gland - go for ultra-
sonography of KUB region (both kidneys, both ureters and urinary bladder to rule out calculi/ "stones" or anomalies like VUR (vesico-ureteric reflux) as well as prostate (for an enlarged gland).
