hi dr. iaam having redness and itching and a very dry face and the skin is pealing from all over my face ,ear and head before this onset i have dandruff had consulted skin specialist one year back and he prescribed hydrocortisone acepton lipofilic cream and ketokonazole lotion. on regular use it was effective but now it is widely spread all over my face . what should i do now?

Hi, it appears to be the allergic reaction to some thing may be food, cosmetics, or the ketokonazole if it is old one or may not.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist before it is high time.Stop using ketoconazole.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe, ofloxacin, citrizine, and smild steroid orally. Thank you.
