Have erection problem. Is it psychological or physical?

Hi Doctor, I(male, 20 yo) am having an erection problem whenever I tried to have sex with my partner. It was fine during masturbation but it seems that I am losing the firmness as I used to 1-2 years ago. I feel the sex urge whenever I am getting intimate with my partners but it doesn t seems to cause an erection enough to engage in an intercourse. We do not dare to tried unprotected sex (she get pregnant last time when we tried) and even that time the sex was very fast because it was only the second time we had it so I never actually experienced an intercourse which are more than 1-2 minutes. And when I started putting on condom and the stimulation get lesser, the erection gets worse. I don t get the firmness as I used to during the 15-18 yo. What happened? Is it psychological or physical problem?
