Have Done ECG Report For Chest Pain And Had Anxiety During ECG. Findings?

i have done ecg for chest pain. I had huge anxiety during taking ecg.

My reports
1.sinus Tachycardia
2. s waves up to v6
3. probably abnormal ecg

is it normal or not

Sinus tachycardia is condition that sinoatrial node heart rate frequency is more than 100 times per minute in adults.
This is the most common form of tachycardia, often associated with sympathetic excitation and vagal tone lower.
Causes
1. Physiological: physiological sinus tachycardia is very common, and many factors affect heart rate, such as postural changes, physical activity, food digestion, emotional anxiety, pregnancy, excitement, fear, excitement, drinking, smoking, tea, etc., will keep the heart rate faster. In addition, age is also a factor, children are often a faster heart rate.

2. Drug-induced: such as sympathetic to drugs such as ephedrine, epinephrine. Parasympathetic blocking drugs such as atropine, caffeine, thyroid hormone, amphetamines and so on can cause tachycardia.

3. Pathologic: systemic diseases, such as: high fever, anemia, hypoxia, infections, hyperthyroidism, pain, acute rheumatic fever, such as beriberi and Neurosis can cause tachycardia.

4. Cardiovascular disease: acute blood loss, hypotension and shock, arteriovenous fistula, heart failure, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, pericarditis, acute myocardial infarction and a variety of organic heart disease can result in sinus tachycardia.
S wave up v6 sometimes may be due to ventricular hypertrophy.

If Sinus tachycardia is caused by physical or outside heart factors, general do not need special treatment. If sinus tachycardia have Pathological causes, treatment is mainly directed against the cause and remove the trigger factors, such as the treatment of heart failure, to correct anemia, hyperthyroidism, such as the control. Tachycardia arising from the symptoms can be given medication to slow down the heart rate, such as metoprolol.
The first, should be avoided incentives, such as drinking strong tea, alcohol and exciting applications to speed up the heart rate of heart drugs. To maintain a pleasant mood, to guard against over-excitement and anxiety. For heart and lung diseases or other systemic diseases should be actively treated. On a recurring problem, the symptoms affect daily life and work, should be treated as soon as possible to identify the reasons for the benefit of prevention and treatment.
