Hello dear

It seems you have hypertension, hypothyrodism, diabetes and recently developed bronchitis with stress incontinence ( passing of urine while coughing).
You have mentioned that you have completed 6 days antibiotic course, which should be sufficent for bronchitis. (you have not mentioned the antibiotic taken). I would have preferred a azithromycin course.
In case your fever or other signs of lung infection has settled you would not need further antibiotic.

Occassionally dry cough persists for longer , even 3 weeks in some patients of viral bronchitis. Here would suggest you to continue cough syrup, take cetrizine (anti0allergy) with saline gargles, home remedies such as ginger in tea, turmeric in milk, clove to suppress cough while sleeping.

You would also need to discuss with your doctor how long would you have to be on prednisone. If it is given for bronchitis, it can be decreased with improvement in lung signs.

Coming to your shoulder pain/ ache . It is common for patients with disturbing cough to have muscle aches , any tablet with analgesic and muscle relaxant would be of help.

Hope this is helpful

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Cough lasting a month, needs investigations - X-ray chest and sinuses / blood count and sputum analysis...
Bronchitis could have triggered Bronchial Asthma...repeat examination and/or ling function test (Spirometry) can give the clue...Beta agonist, Anti-histamine, leukotriene antagonist may help..
Headache may be due to sinusitis...
Passing urine is Stress Incontinence / Urologist can help...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
