Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

PCOS is a hormonal problem in females, its been associated with other complications like blood sugar abnormalities, high lipid levels, reduced fertility and endometrial problems, menstrual cycles irregularity.
Better to get treated.
Regular exercise with weight loss helps in restoring hormonal balance.
Diet low in carbohydrate content.
Medications like metformin helps to control blood sugar levels.
Need to get her lipid profile done

Hope I answered your question. Consult your doctor for further examination and management.
Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
Dr. Vidya
