Have Back Pain, Muscle Tension,neck Pain. What Is The Cure?
Hello, I am a university student and believe to have anxiety. I have a great deal of stress present in my life and have been having many symptoms that I think link to anxiety. These are some of the symptoms: muscle tension, pain in my calves, upper back pain, frequent urination, heavy breathing occasionally, paranoia, irritable bowels, neck pains etc.

Your back and neck pain seems to be mechenical in nature. Stress and anxiety may aggrevate your symptoms. You need proper systemic evaluation. You also need back and neck muscle exercises to strengthen them and relaxation exercises to reduce your stress,.
