Hi there.

Yes, i think you should visit a doctor.

If you wish to try a home remedy, do go in for a Sitz bath with some diluted betadine solution.

In addition Ibuprofen 400/600 mg three times daily as an anti-inflammatory agent may help relax you provided you do not have an allergy to the medication.

It may just be a hemorrhoid from your description & perhaps a local anaesthetic cream such as 2% lidocaine or EMLA may help relieve the pain further.

Do make sure you drink plenty of fluids & consume lots of fiber & ensure the stools are soft or use a commercially available stool softener!

Cheers & Good Luck! Wish you good health!

Welcome to HCM,
From your history it seems that you are having an abscess formation on anal opening or there might be possibility of having Fistula in ano.
Consult Surgeon and get examined for proper diagnosis.
You may try antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicines for relief.
Avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and bye.
