Have Raynaud's Disease. Have Redness On Back Of Hand, Raised Spots, Chapped

i recently was dx with Raynaud s, but have another irritation to the top of my hands that seems to be unrelated. The backs of my hands are red down my fingers to my first knuckle. There are raised spots that makes it look like I was burned or am severly chapped with little gashes here and there. I haven t found anything indicating this is a part of Raynaud s.

As per your query you have redness on back of hand, raised spots, chapped areas which are diagnosed as Raynaud's disease. In your query you have not mentioned your age, time period since how long the problem is present and any substance abuse such as alcohol and smoking with exposure to cold.
Now your series of problems are basically related to Raynaud's phenomenon but of later part. In Raynaud's there is initial redness then bluish discoloration and then it turns to blackish areas.
The most important thing is cold protection and preventing any abrupt change in temperature which are the initiating factors for the same.
Stop any substance abuse such as alcohol and smoking.
